Arturo Castelló is the founder and CEO of ENCOM, a company based in Valencia, Spain, focused on organizing esports and digital entertainment events. Over the years, he has led the development of DreamHack Valencia, the largest esports and digital culture festival in Spain, through a licensing partnership with DreamHack AB.

More recently, Arturo and his team have launched OWN (Open World Now), a new phygital festival that combines online entertainment with live experiences.
