Marta Nogueras is the Managing Director of Lanzadera since March 2023, bringing over a decade of experience in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. She previously served as Investment Manager at Angels Capital and, for seven years, as Project Director at Lanzadera, where she mentored and supported 150 startups through incubation and acceleration programs.

Her international background includes three years in Panama (2012-2015), where she advanced her career at a communications holding company. Marta holds degrees in Business Administration and Law from the University of Valencia, and is passionate about leadership, business management, entrepreneurship trends, investment, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Under Marta Nogueras’ leadership, Lanzadera has solidified its status as a benchmark accelerator, recognized internationally and topping the Financial Times and Statista ranking for Spain and Portugal. The accelerator, founded by Juan Roig, now boasts a startup survival rate of nearly 80%, offering comprehensive support, training, and personalized mentoring.
