Anna is the CEO and Chair of Völur, a company revolutionizing the meat industry with the use of data and AI. By combining deep technical and industry knowledge, Völur uses data and AI to empower meat processors to make optimal decisions, to improve the utilization of animals throughout the whole value chain, making the industry more optimized and sustainable.

Anna began her career with Goldman Sachs in London working in investment banking in Natural Resources and Energy for 10+ years. She has been a part of the Natural Capital team at Australia’s ‘Green Bank’, leading the carbon investment strategy to meet decarbonisation targets throughout the agricultural sector.

Anna holds a BCom/BA from the University of Queensland and Management Acceleration Programme from Said Business School, University of Oxford.
