Mike has extensive training in finance and business administration. From 2008 to 2011, he graduated in Finance from ISEG and graduated in Business Studies, Business Administration and Management from Dublin Business School.

In 2012 he was a student of the Master Management and Business Administration at the EADA Business School, where he stood out by creating the best marketing plan for his promotion. That same year he began his professional career in logistics and transport with C.H. Robinson where he managed the implementation of the US IT system in the European market. Having also won the C.H. Robinson top broker award.

After passing through this international benchmark in the industry, Mike collaborated with the foundation of his first logistics start-up, in 2020. Translating this experience, together with his strong sustainability awareness, to the idea of founding Tennders in 2021. Now, in 2024, that dream has become a real team of more than 30 people with a raised capital of 1.266.000 €.
