Our startup, founded in 2022 and composed of 13 people, is dedicated to enhancing employees’ skills through 1:1 coaching and mentoring sessions. We co-design personalized programs with companies, focusing on managing complexity, innovation mindset, and smart leadership. Our scientifically-backed approach has been recognized by prestigious organizations such as EMCC and the Italian School of Mentoring. We leverage a digital platform, artificial intelligence for perfect matching between employees and mentors/coaches, and an initial assessment to create competency profiles, supported by a network of over 150 certified coaches and mentors.
