Co-Founder of Qilimanjaro Quantum Tech, the quantum computing start-up focusing on Quantum ASIC solutions with analog quantum paradigms. Qilimanjaro has pioneered and installed the first quantum computers in UAE and Spain. Previously, Victor was CEO of high-tech startups in software security SaaS and bioinformatics, all of which have been later acquired by listed companies. Prior to this, Victor held general management roles of US high tech multinationals at a European level (Hewlett Packard, Silicon Graphics, 3Com, Perkin Elmer) with EMEA headquarters in Geneva, London and Stuttgart. Victor has a PhD in Theoretical Physics from the University of Barcelona, an MBA from ESADE and additional trainings at INSEAD and IESE.
