Javier Vidorreta Salillas holds a degree in Mechanical Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Design from the Universidad Pública de Navarra, as well as a degree in Editorial Illustration from the Escuela Superior de Dibujo Profesional de Madrid. He entered the professional world in 2013 directly as an entrepreneur founding Vidorreta Design Group, and he works during in these years accumulating an extensive experience leading innovation projects and participating in several technology startups. Since 2022, he has been the co-founder and former CTO of Ysium Medical, a health-tech company developing innovative medical devices.

He has held various institutional roles, including President of the Consejo Social de la Universidad Publica de Navarra, President of Asociación de Jóvenes Empresarios de Navarra (AJE), Secretary of Universities and committee member at the Confederación Española de Asociaciones de Jóvenes Empresarios de España (CEAJE), among others.

Winner of numerous design, entrepreneurship, and innovation awards, some of them include a Bronze Delta Award for design, the Innovation Award at the German international food fair Süffa, recognition by the United Nations Global Compact Spain in collaboration with the Rafael del Pino Foundation in the Go! Awards as ODS6, the Circular Economy Award at the Sustainable Company Awards by the Navarra Chamber of Commerce, an R&D project recognized at the Science Ekaitza competition as the best R&D project by the Government of Navarra, and recognition at the Navarra Industry Awards as a leading company in Healthcare Technologies.
