César López Caparrós is the CEO and co-founder of Findspo, a startup specializing in AI-driven solutions for migration management, civictech, and community resilience. With over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship, AI, and govtech, he holds a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan.
