Patricia Chafer holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. She began her professional career at Mercadona, where she was part of Juan Roig’s legacy management team, gaining solid experience in business management and innovation.

In 2020, Patricia joined Lanzadera, leading the creation and development of the Partners department. Her main objective has been to help entrepreneurs accelerate their growth by formalizing strategic alliances, adapting resources and networking to the needs of each stage of project maturity.

Under her leadership, Lanzadera was the first accelerator in Europe to launch a program for startups in partnership with Google Cloud, an initiative that has now spread to other accelerators. Patricia believes it is essential to enrich and foster connections between the different players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
