Noel Ortiz is the CEO and co-founder of Tinkery, a leading commercial intelligence platform for SMBs headquartered in Barcelona. With nearly two decades of experience in go-to-market roles at hypergrowth scale-ups in the high-tech and AI sectors, Noel has been instrumental in driving digital transformation and commercial success. His leadership at Tinkery reflects his commitment to innovation and strategic growth in the business intelligence landscape.
Before founding Tinkery, Noel played a pivotal role in Novartis’ global commercial digital transformation and led client-facing operations at a marketing agency acquired by Accenture. His expertise extends to marketing leadership, having served as CMO at Seqera and Aizon, where he spearheaded marketing efforts and significantly increased revenue. As Director of Communications and Digital at Almirall, he successfully managed the company’s transition to the Spanish IBEX-35 index during the COVID crisis.
An INSEAD MBA graduate, Noel has lived in five countries and founded two other startups, including Optimus Price, which he grew to a 1M ARR. He is also a professor at several international business schools, sharing his insights on building high-performing commercial stacks and demand generation. His thought leadership is evident in his work on CRM and intelligence, emphasizing the importance of clarity and performance in business processes.
