Viktoriia Savitska is the Chief of Sustainability & Strategic Engagement at Epicentr Group, Ukraine’s largest multi-sector business ecosystem, integrating retail, energy, manufacturing, and agriculture. She also serves as Partner at AMVS Capital and Country Chair for Family Business & Future of Work at G100, where she advances high-impact initiatives in sustainability, innovation, and post-war recovery.

Viktoriia leads transformative projects such as Blago for Communities, a digital platform connecting global donors with Ukrainian reconstruction, and the Epicentr Safety demining initiative, restoring agricultural land and supporting food security. Her work emphasizes embedding sustainability in early-stage growth, unlocking long-term value and global partnerships.

She actively represents Ukraine at global forums including Davos, COP, and the Ukraine Recovery Conference, building cross-sector collaborations that drive scalable innovation and economic resilience. Viktoriia also strengthens Ukraine’s international presence as Vice President for International Affairs of the Ukrainian Weightlifting Federation.
