Gonzalo Hinojosa is Managing Partner at IDC Ventures, a global venture capital platform backed by over 260 family offices. He brings a unique perspective to the intersection of private wealth and technology, shaped by years of direct experience in the family office space and his leadership in structuring direct investments and co-investment strategies.

Gonzalo’s expertise lies in understanding how family offices invest and manage risk across generations. He has managed his own family office’s co-investments, advised on fund allocations, and worked closely with general partners to align incentives with long-term capital, making him a valuable voice in capital formation and innovation.

Before IDC Ventures, Gonzalo was a Partner at NOQCA Partners, advising on transactions exceeding $18 billion, and held senior roles at Qualitas Equity Partners, Fortis Bank, and UBS Warburg. He is also Founder of VC4 FoF I K/S and serves as Board Member of the Hinojosa Family Office and Senior Advisor to Hayfin Capital Management.
