Charbel Moussa is a Partner at KPMG Netherlands, where he leads the Decarbonisation and Climate Advisory Services. With over 20 years of experience, Charbel specializes in decarbonization services, energy transition strategy, and greenhouse gas (GHG) management, focusing on energy-intensive industries and climate risk assessment.

Before joining KPMG, Charbel began his career as an originator of alternative energy projects and served as an investment manager for a low-carbon technology fund. He has successfully delivered projects in more than 20 countries, collaborating with multinational clients across Europe and the Middle East.

Charbel holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. His expertise spans green tech, climate tech, and remote sensing, positioning him at the forefront of innovative solutions for sustainable business transformation.
