Book Presentation: “Fracasar para Avanzar. El Fracaso puede ser el Primer Paso para el Éxito”

In the United States, business failure does not stigmatize people. In Spain it does. This book aims to normalize failure as a vector for business progress, to improve and make the future more solid. It also aims to provide a series of keys to successful failure. True failure is only true when it is of such a size that it does not allow you to recover, because you have become so indebted that you cannot try anything new. Or when you have lost your life or your interest in life with it. So from each failure the book extracts a learning that I hope will be of value to the reader.
To normalize failure, I have included, in addition to six of my own personal failures, the failures of some enormously successful people whom I admire professionally. They are entrepreneurs or business managers who, in my opinion, have been professionally successful throughout their lives. But what they all have in common is that they all failed once. They learned from it and moved on. Many people think that great entrepreneurs have only been successful in their lives. But that’s not true.
