She has held executive roles at Google, IPG, and WPP, specializing in digital transformation, brand strategy, and scalable growth models for high-impact companies. At Google, she pioneered YouTube and media strategies, delivering multimillion-euro impact.

Currently, Mariana is Head of GTM & Strategy for ISBE at Alastria, a European blockchain initiative funded by the EU, where she leads brand strategy, adoption, and innovation.
