Francisco Boira is an Aerospace Engineer and Co-Founder of Kreios Space, a European startup pioneering the first Air-Breathing Electric Propulsion (ABEP) system for satellites, currently at TRL 5–6. As a second-time entrepreneur, he is recognized for his leadership and entrepreneurial drive, having led international R&D collaborations with institutions such as ESA, the European Commission, IRS Stuttgart, and VKI.
