Chargia is an intelligent virtual assistant that transforms how electric vehicle (EV) drivers interact with the charging ecosystem. Available directly via WhatsApp, Chargia offers instant, multilingual support to help users solve charging issues, locate available stations, plan their routes, and complete payments all within a single conversational interface.

The platform is designed to support both Charging Point Operators (CPOs) and EV users, acting as a bridge between the technical backend of the charging infrastructure and the real-world needs of drivers.

Chargia operates through two complementary business lines:

User support for CPOs: Chargia handles all user queries and incidents on behalf of CPOs, reducing operational costs and improving user satisfaction. CPOs pay a monthly fee per charger connected to the service.

Chargia Pay: Our integrated payment solution allows users to pay for charging sessions directly in the chat. Chargia negotiates wholesale rates with CPOs and earns a margin on each kWh transacted, turning support into a scalable revenue stream.

As part of its go-to-market strategy, Chargia is actively deploying its solution in specific charging networks, allowing the team to validate the product in real environments, gather data, and optimize the user experience.
