The company was founded with the aim of providing new technical solutions to the food and beverage industry by developing innovative, sustainable systems and committing to reducing energy costs, the CO2 footprint, and digitalization 4.0.
Enoengineering has developed +Wine. + Wine is a new system for recovering substances released during fermentation, such as CO2, aromas, alcohol, etc., which allows wines with higher organoleptic quality to be obtained. The substances recovered during fermentation are treated in a specific way and reincorporated in a stable and structured manner during fermentation using the CO2 generated in said fermentation.
+ Wine is applicable to red, white, and rosé wines and adaptable to any type of tanks and wineries.
