Llum Social addresses the fragmentation and complexity of social services, providing digital solutions that make support more coordinated, accessible, and effective. Our goal is to help organisations manage, coordinate, and share social resources, creating a more connected and efficient support system for vulnerable populations, with a particular focus on people experiencing homelessness and those navigating immigration challenges.
At the core of our solution is a SaaS platform designed for social intervention teams, enabling organisations to manage and share resources in real time while fostering coordination both locally and across municipalities. By reducing isolated work, improving communication between organisations, and optimising resource allocation, the platform increases efficiency and enhances the impact of social interventions.
This platform is complemented by a multilingual mobile app for vulnerable communities. The app features an interactive map of essential services and a notification system that allows organisations to communicate directly with users, ensuring timely and reliable access to support.
A key component of Llum Social is our anonymised data analytics system. By collecting usage data from the app, we aim to provide organisations with actionable insights into service utilisation and emerging needs. These insights help improve decision-making, adapt intervention strategies, and demonstrate the real-world social impact of their work.
