Carolina Rodríguez holds a degree in Law from the University of Vigo and a specialization in Foreign Trade Management from the University of Santiago de Compostela. With over twenty years of experience in the public sector, her career has focused on internationalization and investment promotion.

She began her professional journey with an IGAPE scholarship at the Economic and Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy in Rabat, followed by roles at ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones and Invest in Spain, where she promoted Spanish investments abroad and Spain as a destination for foreign investment.

In 2013, Carolina joined Enisa, serving as Head of Promotion and Institutional Relations and later as Director of the Coordination Division. She was also Director General at the High Commissioner for Spain as an Entrepreneurial Nation, where she led the design and implementation of the Spain as an Entrepreneurial Nation Strategy and the Startup Law.
