Pilar Prados is the CEO and founder of Bounsel, a legal tech startup based in Valencia. After graduating from Columbia Law School, she practiced law at Chaffetz Lindsey LLP in New York City and at Cuatrecasas in Brazil, gaining extensive experience in major cross-border transactions.

With over 15 years as a transactional lawyer, Pilar witnessed firsthand the challenges of manual contract drafting and management. Motivated to address these inefficiencies, she returned to Spain to launch Bounsel, aiming to make contracts more connected, intelligent, and human.

Deeply interested in the positive impact of AI on society, Pilar is committed to leveraging technology to solve pressing issues in the legal field. She is also a proud mother of three boys.
