Pablo Baldoma Jones is an Argentine entrepreneur and cofounder of Alto, a global tech-talent platform acquired by Revelo.com in 2025. Over the past decade, he has enabled organizations such as UNICEF, BBVA, and numerous scaleups across 18+ countries to build high-performing global teams, while supporting hundreds of professionals in launching international remote careers.

Currently, Pablo leads Koventa and Goviventia.com, ventures dedicated to industrialized construction and mass timber, addressing Argentina’s housing deficit with sustainable, scalable solutions. He is also an active mentor to early-stage founders and collaborates with entrepreneurial organizations like ASEA and UNLP, sharing his expertise through podcasts and events.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Pablo is passionate about trail running, ultra-marathons, and mountaineering. He values endurance and long-term thinking, drawing inspiration from both his athletic endeavors and his role as a father to three daughters.
