Ruth García has been closely linked to Levante UD since 2004, where she played nine consecutive seasons in her first spell. After five years at FC Barcelona, she returned to Levante UD in 2018, playing for two more seasons. Throughout her career, she has played for the Spanish national team on more than 50 occasions.

Since 2020, Ruth García has held positions in the Institutional Relations department and in the technical secretariat of Levante UD Women’s Football Club, a position she continues to hold today. Her work has been recognised with numerous awards and distinctions throughout her career.

Committed to women’s sport, Ruth has worked actively to raise the profile of women in football. Her experience and leadership make her a key figure in the development and promotion of women’s football in Spain.
