General Secretary, Valencia Silicon Cluster
Carlos G. Triviño holds degrees in law and philosophy, complemented by postgraduate studies in EU institutions. Since 2023, he has served as General Secretary of the Valencia Silicon Cluster, an industrial association uniting leading multinational companies in the microchip sector in the Valencia metropolitan area.
As director of Gobernanza Industrial, Triviño has led numerous studies on advanced technologies, with a focus on the automotive and semiconductor industries. He has also advised on the creation of University Chairs in Advanced Materials for Microchips and Semiconductors at the University of Valencia and in Microelectronic Design at the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
Triviño is the general coordinator of the Spanish Working Group for the European Chips Act 2.0 and technical coordinator for the International Semiconductor Campus. He promotes open, constructive debate and drives the active participation of the Spanish microchips ecosystem in European policy reform.
