BitmatrIA is a first-response infrastructure powered by feminist, safety-centric AI to prevent, detect, and address gender-based violence. It combines a 24/7 companion for end users with early-signal analytics and an institutional dashboard for public bodies and companies, integrating existing protocols and secure referral flows. The platform analyses risk patterns in real time (text, audio, and usage behaviour), triggers verifiable alerts, and guides the person through actionable routes: immediate protection, secure documentation and evidence, and connection to specialised resources. On the back office side, BitmatrIA provides KPIs for prevention, response times, and cost avoided—enabling data-driven decisions and better inter-agency coordination.

Built with privacy, safety, and fairness by design, BitmatrIA implements robust data governance, explainability, bias evaluation, and continuous human oversight—aligning with the EU AI Act. The business model is B2G/B2B: licences and managed services for administrations, universities, telcos, insurers, and large organisations, complemented by consortia and competitive grants. Our approach is not “just another app” but a new category: intelligent prevention. We seek partnerships and 90-day pilots to validate public, auditable metrics and scale an ethical technology that saves time, reduces costs, and—above all—protects lives.
