Miguel Ángel Cubero is founder of BitmatrIA, and also CEO of Ingredalia, a Spanish scale-up specialized in upcycling vegetable by-products into high-value functional ingredients for food and health applications. With over 25 years of experience in the agri-food sector, he has led innovation and industrial scaling projects in companies such as Indulleida, Cosmos Aromática, and Coldpress Foods. He holds a PhD in Food Science and Technology from the University of Lleida and combines strong technical expertise with business leadership. As VP Finance & Scale Up at FATE (Food & Agri Tech Europe), he brings a unique perspective on how to bridge R&D, regulation, and industrial scale-up.
