He has founded and led several startups in Sweden and Latvia, demonstrating a strong commitment to innovation and business growth.

As a General Partner, Kristaps founded VNTRS, one of the largest venture studios in the Nordics, where he served as Managing Partner for nine years. He later established Outlast, a new Nordic-Baltic VC fund, further solidifying his influence in the region’s investment landscape.
