Tomás Marchão Marques is an Investor at Indico Capital Partners, a leading venture capital firm in Portugal focused on technology and sustainability. At Indico, Tomás is responsible for identifying and evaluating promising startups, leveraging his analytical skills to support investment decisions and portfolio growth.

Previously, Tomás gained international experience at 415 Capital, a VC fund specializing in medical technology, where he contributed to investment transactions such as Laza Medical and supported portfolio companies with strategic analysis. He also interned at BBA Capital Partners, driving value creation initiatives for TIC portfolio companies through M&A analysis and market research.

Tomás holds a Master’s degree in Management and Technology from the Technical University of Munich, where his thesis explored venture capital decision-making in healthcare investments. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Catholic School of Economics and Business in Lisbon.
