David Gil

Open Innovation and Ecosystem Technician, ITI - Instituto Tecnológico de Informática

David Gil Sanz is an economist with a Master’s degree in Marketing and Market Research from the University of Valencia. He is currently an open innovation and ecosystems technician at the Technological Institute of Informatics (ITI), where he coordinates R&D projects and drives business digitization through the European Digital Innovation Hub InnDIH.

At ITI, David is responsible for project planning and monitoring, budget and resource management, risk analysis, and process optimization. He also organizes conferences and collaborative spaces to foster synergies among companies, technology centers, and other innovation agents, strengthening competitiveness and technology transfer in the Valencian Community.

Previously, he worked at the University of Valencia Science Park Foundation (FPCUV) as a project manager, managing programs to identify and support innovative companies. His career is marked by a commitment to efficient project management, public-private collaboration, and the promotion of innovation in the business sector.
