Paloma Castellano is the Managing Director of Wayra Spain, Telefónica’s open innovation hub and corporate venture capital arm. Since joining Wayra’s founding team in 2011, she has supported more than 200 startups, helping bridge the gap between entrepreneurs and one of Europe’s largest telecom groups. Paloma has played a key role in strengthening Telefónica’s innovation ecosystem, fostering partnerships between startups, corporates, and investors across Europe and Latin America.
