Victor M. Vicente is Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Beechat Network Systems Ltd., a company focused on resilient, infrastructure-free communication technologies for defence and emergency response. He leads commercial strategy and partnerships, working closely with defence organisations, system integrators and technology partners across Europe.

Victor is currently involved in the NATO DIANA accelerator programme, where Beechat is developing next-generation mesh networking solutions designed for GNSS-denied and contested environments. His work centres on enabling reliable communications between drones, ground units and distributed systems in real-world operational scenarios.

With a background spanning technology, sales and operations, Victor focuses on bridging advanced communication systems with practical deployment needs in both defence and civilian contexts.
