EBHealth3 is a Valencia-based health-tech startup on a mission to transform digestive and urinary healthcare through proactive, non-invasive monitoring. Our flagship product, Wellness Watcher, combines a discreet toilet-mounted hardware device with AI-powered computer vision and a companion mobile app to automatically analyze stool and urine. By capturing color, shape, frequency, volume and flow patterns—day and night—Wellness Watcher delivers real-time alerts for constipation, diarrhea, hidden blood, urinary infections and hydration issues, empowering both individuals and care teams to intervene before complications arise.

Founded in 2022 by experienced engineers and AI specialists, EBHealth3 has secured over €200 000 in non-dilutive public funding and it is currently running clinical pilots with Hospital La Fe in Valencia and trials in nursing homes. Our free mobile app has already attracted hundreds of users, several of whom have converted to paying subscribers, demonstrating strong B2C market interest alongside our growing B2B traction.

Wellness Watcher’s core AI algorithms are patent protected for IBD detection and monitoring, and our extensive, proprietary image datasets remain securely guarded as trade secrets.

Our blended hardware + SaaS model combines an installation fee and annual subscription for care facilities with one-time device sales and optional premium app subscriptions for individual consumers.
