Lofith Composites: Redefining Advanced Materials for Aerospace, Mobility and Energy

We are a Valencia-based technology company developing the next generation of long-fiber thermoplastic (LFT) materials and unidirectional (UD) tapes. Our mission is to reduce weight, enable circularity, and accelerate sustainability in aerospace, mobility, and energy.

Our proprietary impregnation and compounding processes deliver composites up to 50% lighter than metals while maintaining high strength and durability. Unlike thermoset composites, our thermoplastic solutions are recyclable, weldable, and highly process-efficient, offering both environmental and cost benefits. With up to 98% recyclability, they meet the objectives of the EU Green Deal, the Net Zero Industry Act, and ESA’s Zero Debris Charter.

We focus on three strategic markets:

Space and Aerospace: structural panels, CubeSat demonstrators, and clean re-entry materials “designed to disappear.”

Sustainable Mobility: automotive and heavy-duty vehicles, including battery casings, hydrogen tanks, and lightweight structural parts, delivering 20–40% weight reduction and CO₂ savings.

Hydrogen and Energy: advanced tapes and pellets for pressure vessels and infrastructure, resistant to cryogenic and oxidizing environments.

Our innovation is supported by partnerships with AIMPLAS (manufacturing), Hydra Space (satellite validation), PLD Space (launcher integration), and leading OEMs. This ecosystem ensures rapid transfer from lab-scale to orbit and from prototype to industrial adoption.

Lofith is already moving beyond R&D into commercialization. In 2025, we are generating six-figure revenues and securing a growing backlog of supply agreements for 2026, establishing clear market traction.

With ESA Spark funding, regional grants, and active industrial collaborations, we are scaling capacity to capture demand. Our revenue model is built on tape sales, pellet supply, and co-development projects with OEMs.
