Remote Resilience Hub
Remote Resilience Hub (RRH) is a Valencia-based initiative tackling the real-world challenges of remote work migration and disaster resilience. For thousands of international professionals, settling in Spain remains unnecessarily difficult — from navigating accommodation and visas to accessing healthcare and tax systems. Local businesses, meanwhile, lag behind in adopting distributed work practices, leaving productivity vulnerable when crises strike, as seen during the DANA floods (2024) and recent telecommunications blackout (2025).
RRH offers a scalable, four-pillar solution:
Onboarding Toolkit – AI-driven workflows to help remote workers integrate smoothly, avoiding costly mistakes.
Community Connector – mapping resources, creating partnerships, and hosting events to link global talent with local ecosystems.
Remote Work Resources – training and consultancy for employers to build distributed, resilient teams and for individuals to grow international careers.
ResilienceLink – a decentralised LoRa-based communications backup, ensuring connectivity even during outages.
Our prototype includes an onboarding app and bot, a resources database, and a live demo of ResilienceLink. With seed funding, we will pilot RRH in Valencia, leveraging its growing international community, disaster-response lessons, and strong employer base (HP, Siemens Mobility, Ford) as a testbed.
RRH is more than a product — it’s infrastructure for belonging and resilience. By strengthening integration, productivity, and preparedness, we create value for individuals, businesses, and policymakers alike. Our vision is clear: every city should have a Remote Resilience Hub.
