Sol Navitas is an Estonian cleantech company dedicated to transforming how buildings manage air, moisture, and energy — using nothing but the power of the sun. Founded in 2009, the company combines smart ventilation with solar air heating technologies to create healthier, more energy-efficient buildings that last longer and cost less to maintain.

Our systems are designed to improve indoor air quality, prevent mold and moisture damage, and reduce heating costs by preheating ventilation air. From compact solutions for homes and summer houses to large-scale systems for public buildings and flood-damaged infrastructure, Sol Navitas offers scalable technology backed by years of field testing in Nordic climates.

Now expanding into Southern Europe, Sol Navitas is piloting its solar-powered drying and ventilation systems in post-disaster recovery projects in the Valencia region. In partnership with local municipalities and innovation organizations, the company is tackling humidity-related structural damage with sustainable, data-monitored technology. The goal is not only to recover — but to build back smarter and more resilient than before.

Sol Navitas is also developing a digital platform for architects and engineers to simulate and integrate solar air solutions into building designs. This BIM-integrated tool will enable professionals to optimize facades, select the right ventilation components, and monitor building performance — creating a new generation of buildings that breathe naturally and respond to climate challenges.
