Tecnobosque is a forestry engineering startup from Cuenca, Spain, committed to transforming wildfire prevention through innovation and sustainability. Our mission is to develop scalable solutions that not only protect ecosystems but also create economic and social opportunities in rural and depopulated areas.

Through the FIVECLM program, Tecnobosque is implementing a proof of concept that combines natural fire retardants with advanced digital technologies. By designing and applying preventive firebreaks, we aim to provide a more effective and environmentally friendly strategy to defend forests against wildfires. This approach has the potential to be replicated and scaled across Spain and internationally, addressing a global challenge with a local and sustainable perspective.

Our innovation model integrates artificial intelligence, geospatial analysis, and digital tools to optimize decision-making in forest management. Beyond technology, Tecnobosque is strongly committed to social impact: we collaborate with local institutions and communities to generate employment and foster resilience in sparsely populated territories.
