With nearly 20 years of experience leading various high-impact projects focused on social transformation and the development of innovative and entrepreneurial talent, such as The Impact Project, Chiquiemprendedores, and Inspiradas.

I have contributed to the transformation and consolidation of businesses in the Valencia region as a promoter of the Observatory of Strategists, Vice President of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Valencia, a member of the Innovation Study Circle, and participating in the founding team of the Valencian Startups Association (Startup VLC).

Committed to female leadership, I created and promoted the Lideresas program, offered by the Valencian Business Confederation and the Valencia City Council, which mentors women executives to highlight their leadership.

I´m part of WA4STEAM as a business angel, supporting innovative projects led by women. I had also co-led other events like VLC Woman Techmakers by Google.

Currently, I lead my own boutique consultancy to help companies with their current leadership challenges. For the past three years, I have had our own think tank: ELCLUB The Impact Project, a knowledge community that highlights a new model of leadership based on female leadership.
