Ana Carrau Mínguez is a CEO and leadership advisor with 20 years of experience driving high-impact projects focused on social transformation and the development of innovative and entrepreneurial talent. She has led initiatives such as The Impact Project, Chiquiemprendedores, and Inspiradas, inspiring new generations of leaders and entrepreneurs.

She has played a key role in business transformation in the Valencian region as founder of the Observatory of Strategists, Vice President of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Valencia, board member of the Circle for Innovation Studies, and co-founder of the Valencian Startups Association (now Startup VLC). Her commitment to female leadership is reflected in the creation of Lideresas, a mentoring program for women executives.

As a business angel with WA4STEAM, Ana supports innovative projects led by women and has co-led events like VLC Women Techmakers by Google.
