Andrea Oliver holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from ESADE. She began her career in Venture Capital in London at Dawn Capital, later joining Nauta Capital, where she spent four years before founding her own venture. In 2019, Andrea launched Emjoy, an intimate wellbeing app for women, which grew to over 500,000 users, 15,000 paying subscribers, a team of 20, and raised €3.5M from Nauta Capital and JME.

Her entrepreneurial journey provided deep insights into the challenges of fundraising, product-market fit, and navigating regulatory hurdles, such as advertising restrictions that ultimately led to Emjoy’s sale in 2023. Andrea’s experience as both founder and investor has shaped her approach to supporting early-stage startups, emphasizing the importance of resilience, adaptability, and clear communication with investors.

In 2023, Andrea rejoined Nauta Capital as Principal in the Barcelona office, bringing over six years of VC experience across London and Barcelona. A Forbes 30under30 nominee in 2021, she is passionate about empowering founders, sharing practical advice on fundraising, and identifying promising Seed and Series A opportunities.
