Andrés Peña Archila is Programme Lead for the Deep Tech and AI Incubator at Helsinki Incubators, part of the University of Helsinki. He leads the Deep Tech and AI track of the Journeys incubator, where his work focuses on supporting research-driven teams and early-stage ventures as they develop ideas into structured business opportunities.
He brings experience across European multidisciplinary innovation ecosystems, B2B sales, matchmaking, commercial partnerships, consulting services, market-entry strategies and product localisation. His role includes designing the incubator programme, building its mentoring network, running the track and identifying suitable teams to join its activities.
