Bianca Dragomir

Director, Cleantech for Iberia

Bianca Dragomir is Director of Cleantech for Iberia, a coalition uniting leading investors, banks, scale-ups, universities, incubators, and philanthropies to position the Iberian Peninsula as Europe’s next cleantech industrial leader. The initiative is powered by Cleantech Group and supported by Breakthrough Energy, founded by Bill Gates.

Bianca has served as advisor to the European Commission’s High-Level Industrial Roundtables, including ‘Industry 2030’, ‘Industrial Clusters’, and ‘Skills for Renewable Industry’. She was the first woman named ‘European Cluster Manager of the Year’ and previously led the Valencian Clean Technologies Cluster for over a decade, launching Spain’s first cleantech accelerator and the Clusters of Change platform.

She holds master’s degrees in International Economics and European Integration (Universidad de Valencia) and Business Communication (SNSPA, Romania), and has studied at Singularity University. Bianca collaborates with MIT’s Center for Collective Intelligence and the Global Entrepreneurship Network, and was named to the Forbes 100 Most Creative People in Business in 2024.
