With over two decades of experience advising governments, institutions, and international organisations on legal reform, human rights, and good governance, she is recognised for her deep regional insight and commitment to systemic change.

As the Founder of the Adria Future Summit, Southeast Europe’s flagship platform for sustainable development, innovation, and investment, Biljana convenes leaders from government, business, and civil society to accelerate the region’s green, digital, and inclusive transformation. The Summit, launched in partnership with the Government of Montenegro, has become a catalyst for regional collaboration and investment.

A dedicated advocate for gender equality, Biljana also founded Women on Boards Adria (WOBA), promoting diverse leadership across sectors. She holds law degrees from Belgrade University and Lund University’s Raoul Wallenberg Institute.
