Caritta Seppä brings experience from all sides of the table: as a startup founder, VC investor, and public sector advisor. She has previously worked with the Finnish Foreign Ministry, and currently works as a Senior Investment Manager at Spintop Ventures, a leading early-stage VC fund investing across the Nordics and Baltics. Caritta is also a co-founder of Tespack, a company developing smart mobile micro-grids. With years of experience working in emerging markets, she has a deep understanding of how to scale companies and close partnerships at every level.

Caritta also works as a jury evaluator and mentor across multiple EU funding programs, including the EIC STEP Scale-Up program which invests up to €30M into deep-tech companies across the EU, and the EIT Urban Mobility program.

For her work, Caritta has been recognised as a Forbes 30 Under 30 and she is a frequent speaker at major global events, such as Forbes Fintech Summit, ChangeNOW, and the WTO Public Forum. A TEDx speaker with a strong interest in energy, education, and social impact, Caritta is passionate about supporting founders, advancing deep-tech innovation, and building technologies that create long-term positive change.
