As Director of Community and Major Events at KM ZERO Food Innovation Hub, she has been shaping vibrant networks of corporates, startups, investors, media, and public institutions since 2018, all united by the mission of building a more sustainable, healthy, and accessible food system. She is the driving force behind ftalks Food Summit, Spain’s pioneering conference on the future of food with editions in Valencia and Mexico City.
With over 20 years of experience in communications and community leadership, Catalina also dedicates her energy to mentoring entrepreneurs through programs such as Impaqto Agrifoodtech for Women (Ecuador) and MassChallenge (Switzerland). Her track record includes directing the Startup Europe Awards for the European Commission and Finnova Foundation, and being honored by the City of Valencia as a key promoter of its entrepreneurial ecosystem.
