Christoph Klink is a General Partner at Antler, where he oversees the firm’s investments across Continental Europe. Since Antler launched its Berlin operations in 2021, the team has made more than 100 investments into technology startups spanning AI, resilience and deeptech. Portfolio companies include Peec AI, NeoCarbon and Voltrac, now recognised among the most promising startups in the DACH region.

Over the past five years, Klink has worked with hundreds of founders across Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam and Munich. He has published research on the demographics of DACH unicorn founders, the rise of technical founders in Europe and the current landscape for early-stage execution.

Prior to Antler, Klink spent more than ten years at McKinsey, where he held leadership positions in the firm’s Strategy and Corporate Finance Practice and its Advanced Industries, Logistics and Infrastructure sectors. He holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from the Technical University of Munich.
