Clark Parsons currently leads the European Startup Network (ESN), an umbrella organization uniting over 40 national startup associations across Europe, including Startup Valencia. In this role, he champions collaboration and policy advocacy to strengthen the continent’s innovation ecosystem.

He also serves as Managing Director of a Berlin-based think tank focused on advancing European tech sovereignty. His work centers on fostering a competitive, independent technology sector that can thrive on the global stage.

Additionally, Clark advises United Founders, a new pan-European early-stage fund backed by successful entrepreneurs. A former founder of a telco startup, he believes Europe is poised to become a global startup powerhouse by scaling successful ventures and creating a true single market for startups.
