Deborah Li is a distinguished VC investor and former startup operator, currently launching a new early-stage fund dedicated to supporting the next generation of founders in Europe. With a strong background in both European and American startup ecosystems, she brings a nuanced understanding of entrepreneurship, investing, and risk-taking across continents.

Previously, Deborah served as Principal at Mundi Ventures, investing in mission-driven tech companies, and held roles at StarVest Partners and First Round Capital’s Dorm Room Fund, focusing on US startups. Her operational experience spans scaling SaaS startups across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, giving her a global perspective on innovation and growth.

In addition to her investment work, Deborah is an Adjunct Professor at IE University and serves as an investor and board member at Calafia Iberia and BackFund. She holds both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Columbia University, and is committed to inspiring and empowering emerging founders.
