As VP of ESG at Mews, a global hospitality tech company, she spearheads the integration of sustainability, equity, and long-term value creation into the company’s commercial strategy, supporting its mission to make the world more hospitable.

Previously, Ella founded Ardent, a consultancy dedicated to building equitable, human-centred cultures, and played a pivotal role in scaling Receipt Bank (now Dext) from startup to a nine-figure exit. Her career is defined by championing regenerative business models that blend purpose with performance in fast-paced, innovative environments.
