Francesc Coello has always been driven by a deep curiosity to understand how things work. Fascinated by aerospace as one of the most cutting-edge industries, he is motivated by the belief that Europe must play a stronger role in this field. Originally from Menorca and a passionate athlete and fisherman, Francesc brings both determination and curiosity to everything he does.

He studied Mechanical Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, where he co-founded and led a pioneering student rocketry project that quickly grew to over 50 members. Under his leadership, the team successfully launched three rockets, one of which won the Flight Category at EuRoC, Europe’s most prestigious rocketry competition.

Building on this experience, Francesc went on to co-found Nerva Technologies, where he now serves as CEO. At Nerva, he is dedicated to developing advanced propulsion systems, contributing to Europe’s leadership in aerospace innovation.
