Francisco Selva (Founder and CEO)
A physiotherapist and entrepreneur with solid experience in sports physiotherapy with over 25 years of experience in professional football and handball clubs in Spain, bearing witness to the complexity of injuries and readaptation, forging a work philosophy that transcends symptomatic treatment.
He holds two official postgraduate degrees, one in Bioethics and the other in Research, which led him to obtain a doctorate or Ph.D. In addition, he is a professor at the Faculty of Physiotherapy at the University of Valencia, Spain, and director of the Master’s in continuing education in assessment, physiotherapy, and readaptation in sports at the University of Valencia.
The fruit of his scientific research and clinical experience is twofold: creating the Class 1 medical device, Magnetic Tape-MagTape, and an innovative assessment and treatment system called Superficial Neuromodulation, based on embryology, to improve people’s health and athletes’ performance.
With this, he has contributed and continues to contribute to the decision-making, management, and rehabilitation of athletes with musculoskeletal dysfunctions and postsurgical conditions, taking into account the Embryological Hierarchy created by himself for the resolution of cases. His motto, “To modulate dysfunctional findings and not directly treat the patient’s symptoms. Difficult for many to understand, but this is the reason for ‘the clinical magic’,” defines his work perfectly.
